Malabar paratha is known for its unique multi-layered texture and golden crispiness. It is made by selecting the finest quality refined and whole wheat flour(maida). The dough is kneaded, rested for the right amount of time, and then rolled and folded to create those paper-thin layers to give a multi-layered texture.
Once cooked, the paratha blooms into a soft, layered bread with a light, golden-brown crust. We flash-freeze the parathas immediately after preparation, locking in the freshness and authentic taste. Pair it with your favorite curry, dal, or even a dollop of butter.
